Run the shop,
not the paperwork.

DieselOS reads your techs' notes, photos, and receipts and builds the invoice — priced from your own job history, posted to the software you already run.

How it works

Three steps, no new habits.

Your techs keep working the way they already do. DieselOS handles the rest.

Capture

A tech drops a note, photo, receipt, or voice memo. No forms, no new habits.

Draft

DieselOS reads it, structures the job, and prices each line from your own history.

Approve & post

Your team confirms the totals and sends it to the software you already run.

What it does

Built for the way shops actually work.

From the scribble on a work order to a clean invoice — with your numbers, under your control.

Reads real shop input

Handwriting, photos, receipts, voice memos — turned into structured customers, vehicles, labor, and parts, with the gaps flagged before anyone signs off.

Priced from your own history

Every line traces back to what your shop actually billed before. DieselOS interprets and retrieves — it never invents a number.

Sits on top of your stack

Not a replacement for QuickBooks, Fullbay, Karmak, or whatever you run today. DieselOS does the reading and hands off cleanly. No rip-and-replace.

You approve every send

Nothing posts on its own. Your team confirms the entities and the totals, with a full audit trail behind each approval.

The one rule

Prices come from your own job history — never from a model's guess. DieselOS reads, structures, and retrieves. The numbers are always yours.

Questions

Good to know.

Still curious? support@DieselOS.com

Do I have to switch off QuickBooks or Fullbay?

No. DieselOS runs on top of what you already use. It does the reading and drafting, then hands the finished invoice to your existing software.

Where do the prices come from?

From your own billing history. Each line is matched to what your shop charged for the same work before. Nothing is invented or pulled from a generic catalog.

Does anything get sent automatically?

Never. Every invoice is a draft until a person on your team confirms the entities and totals. There's an audit trail behind each approval.

What does a tech actually have to do?

Whatever they already do — a quick note, a photo of the work order, a voice memo. No new forms, no retraining.
